rizzitgo QC Photos: Everything You Need to Know

May 20266 min read

How to interpret rizzitgo QC photos, what to look for, when to approve or reject, and how to submit your own.

rizzitgo QC photos are the cornerstone of the platform's buyer protection system. When your items arrive at the rizzitgo warehouse, professional QC staff photograph each product from multiple angles before requesting your approval to ship.

A standard rizzitgo QC photo set includes: full product front shot, full product back shot, label close-up, stitching detail, hardware/zipper detail (if applicable), sole and insole (for shoes), and a size tag verification photo.

When reviewing rizzitgo QC photos, compare against your reference images from the listing. Key things to verify: color accuracy under natural/neutral lighting, print alignment and clarity, stitching consistency along major seams, and label positioning.

If you identify an issue in the rizzitgo QC photos, do not approve the shipment. Use the "Reject & Request Replacement" option in the platform. For minor cosmetic issues that do not affect wear, many buyers accept with a seller note for future reference.

After receiving your order, submitting your own QC photos to the rizzitgo community is highly encouraged. Your real-world photos help future buyers make informed decisions and contribute to the accuracy of the rizzitgo sheets database.
